Annual holiday program serves children across Unity House programs
You can help!
Give a cash donation or gift card: Help us buy toys for hundreds of local children in the community. While the intention is to match children directly with donor families and organizations, monetary donations are a crucial aspect of our program because they allow children that have not been matched to still receive gifts. You can make a secure donation here.
Shop for toys: Buy toys locally or ship direct to Unity House via our Wish Lists at Target, Amazon, and Walmart. Or check out our online Angel Tree, which focuses on the teenagers in our program. You can peruse the lists for inspiration to shop locally or online at the shop of your choice.
Conduct a toy drive. A fun option for families, businesses, and organizations who want to buy and collect toys. We can provide a suggested toy list that covers all ages. Indulge your inner child and shop for new toys! Many of these toys go to our Holiday Store, where eligible parents can ‘shop’ for gifts and needs at no cost. Some of these toys are used for children’s whose Wish Lists were not adopted or for whom not all the items were purchased.
Shop for individual children by ‘adopting’ them. Getting matched to a specific child makes the donation process special. Many parents utilize this experience as a way to teach their own children about giving back, and some employee groups favor this process. That’s terrific! We have countless families that want and need help. We also need gift cards and extra toys for those who come to us late in the season.
