  Unity House's Domestic Violence Services program staff and friends as we 
 honor survivors of DV\, the community collaborators who are a vital part o
 f addressing the needs of victims of intimate partner violence and the vol
 unteers who make such a difference through caring service.\n\nMany thanks 
 to the Arts Center of the Capital Region for hosting the DV Awareness Even
 t and for hosting client artwork\, stories and poems.\n\nThis will be a ve
 ry special evening and we look forward to celebrating two very special rec
 ipients: Theresa Weinman of Albany Medical College will receive the Volunt
 eer Leadership Award and Barb Michalski of National Grid will receive the
  Coordinated Community Response Award.\n\nThis event starts at 5 pm and e
 nds at 8 pm\, with podium speakers at 6 pm.\n\n\n\nMany thanks to Albany
